Professional Experience

Yoga Review

Since childhood, I have always been large and overweighted. I was over 100 kilos at the age of eighteen. The heavy load of weight brought great burden to my joints. Born with the loose ligaments, the overweight also caused degeneration of my knees at early age. I felt frequent pain and inflammation on shoulders, wrists and ankles. At the age of 20, I was diagnosed of scoliosis and disc problem and was recommended to do physical therapy and chiropractor to help relieve my pain. Later on for health reason, I joined the gym to start exercise and began my yoga practice.

The continuous and focused practice of yoga did help me a great deal which I wasn't sprained, nor injured so often as I had been before. Furthermore, I was more aware of the body alignment and things around me. Unexpectedly, the overweight problem first led me to yoga and later I became a yoga teacher. With gratefulness and a pleasant mind, I will keep on my jouney and share the happiness with all my students.
