Yoga Review

Before I was 30, I tried to work hard. Feeling myself not so brilliant, I spent a lot of time learning more skills and knowledge required for work. Yet I never reached the goal the boss wished for. I decided to do yoga for one year to prove that I am a person of persistence and perseverance. In that year I attended about 330 classes from the most basic ones, slowly to more advanced ones.

Yoga is gratification to me. I believe that treating myself gently, I will treat others tenderly. In the practice of yoga, I learned how to treat my body nicely and let go of any compulsive mindset. Then I participated in yoga teacher training. In the course of the training, I understood why the practice of asanas changed my mindset because yoga controls the mind to changes. In addition to the asana practice in yoga, there are breathing, meditation, mantras to nourish our body and mind to allow us to feel joy from within. Even if you encounter difficulties, you would patiently wait for them to go through and get back to the initial calmness.

Because I had good teachers, I could do yoga from a beginner to make it my regular practice. I learn and benefit a lot from it. I would like to share this passion with more people. Let us rediscover the feeling of connecting with the body and experience calmness and relaxation.
