Yoga Review

I am passionate about learning new things and love to share. Before learning yoga, I did not have any habits doing exercise. I tried to be healthy and started yoga. Through regular practice, I have become not only healthy, but better to say that yoga restores balance, stability, comfort, and my heart.

Keeping continuous practice of yoga, I noticed changes in myself and the mind and I embraced this change.

Like most people, I started yoga through yoga asana practice. Gradually, I was able to glimpse the world of yoga. I am full of wonder and surprises about the world of yoga. Yoga world is like the vast universe, and so are human beings. People are like a little universe. Do we really know ourselves? Do we understand other people? Getting to know the world of yoga, I also get to explore the true self in the hope of reaching the state of union.

After the teacher training course, I am more determined to share yoga to anyone who wishes to learn. Because I am not a born practitioner, I could understand the bottleneck most students encountered and the fear of being inflexible for those who want to learn yoga and have not yet taken the first step. There is not any restriction to yoga learning. Through continuous practice and not clinging are the keys to yoga practice. By putting down the mentality of competition, letting go of the inner fear, focusing on the practice, and enjoying every moment, yoga is there with you.

In addition to teaching and practicing yoga, I love being with my family, friends, baking, reading, and traveling. Yoga has been integrated into living and life.
