It was purely for stretching and relaxing purpose when I started yoga. One day feeling upset and in low spirits, I practiced yoga. Till this time I experienced extreme peace and calmness within, did I know I could not live without yoga.
After years of practicing yoga, I found changes in my mind and body from eagerness to challenging difficult poses to listening to the feedback of my body. I learned to smile at it when I couldn't accomplish one pose. I told myself to have a second chance to make it. It's the philosophy that could be applied to our life.
