Yoga Review

I started workout at the gym in order to be healthy and have a good figure of body. Though I had been keeping in shape, I also injured myself. It was a coincidence that I came across yoga at Bodhi yoga studio, which changed my stereotype of yoga.

I fell in love with the practice after the first trial. The teachers patiently taught me how to breathe properly, to focus on the core muscle, and to practice with the right way. I kept on my yoga practice at Bodhi yoga studio and not long after did I regain my health. Furthermore, I got great comments and praise about the shape of my figure.

In the beginning, I thought that health and good shape were all I expected and searched for. After constant and continuous practice, I found what was inside me changed me more than what I wanted in the physical sense. It was definitely out of my expectation and was worth celebrating. I became more focused, confident, and calm.

All these changes helped me a great deal on job, in life and on my teaching of yoga. I decided to explore more and enhance my practice. I took the RYT 200-hour training course with Paul Dallaghan from Centered Yoga.
