Yoga Review

Yoga did bring me more benefits than I had ever expected.

Through years of practicing yoga, I became more flexible, better muscle strength, and great shape. Through breathing practice, I am not anxious nor agitated as I used to be. This is truly extra gift and benefit that I achieved other than improving my back pain. I am grateful to it and will definitely treasure what it brought me.

Yoga, once I thought an exercise, has now become a way of living and attitude towards life.

I can always find more surprise from each practice. Through trying, life is full of surprises and possibilities. Whenever I accomplish something new, I hear my heart saying that I can do it. I take this new experience as the objective of my daily life. And I know I can make everything possible as long as I am willing to try. To everybody else, yoga is a new exercise, whereas to me, yoga is an exercise of body and mind. As long as one can learn with heart, we can all make achievement in our life.
