重點部位按摩手法的學習與體驗,讓精油透過按摩深入肌膚,進一步舒緩疲勞、放鬆緊繃肌肉,達到深層放鬆與身心平衡的效果。

 

Prenatal Aromatherapy & Relaxation Yoga

This special class begins with inhaling the natural aroma of essential oils, which activate the olfactory nerves to help regulate emotions and promote physical and emotional comfort throughout pregnancy.

  • Gentle yoga stretches awaken the body, relieve tension, and prevent shoulder, neck, and back pain.

  • Learn and experience simple self-massage techniques for key areas. With the support of essential oils, these techniques help reduce fatigue, release tight muscles, and create a deeply relaxing, balanced experience for body and mind.
