孕婦抗力球瑜珈

抗力球早期運用於運動健身及物理治療,1980年在美國被應用於產科中,稱之為生產球(Birth ball)。

孕婦的瑜珈練習使用抗力球,可以在玩樂的氛圍下,達到輕鬆伸展、增加核心力量與體能、穩定重心、提昇平衡能力的功效。此外,提前培養對抗力球的熟悉度,方便在待產期間運用抗力球,緩解疼痛、保持自然韻律呼吸,避免產程延長。產後不僅可以運用它做恢復體能與曲線的鍛鍊,也可以用來作為安撫寶寶的工具。

適合對象: 有3堂以上孕婦瑜珈練習經驗的孕媽

 

Prenatal Yoga with a Birth Ball

Originally used in fitness and physical therapy, the exercise ball was introduced into obstetrics in the 1980s in the United States, where it became known as the birth ball.

In prenatal yoga, using the birth ball allows pregnant women to stretch and move more freely in a fun and playful way, while also helping to:

  • Gently open and release the body

  • Improve core strength and overall stamina

  • Enhance balance and stability

Familiarity with the birth ball during pregnancy also prepares mothers for labor, where it can be a powerful tool to ease pain, support natural rhythmic breathing, and potentially shorten the duration of labor.

After birth, the ball can continue to be used for postpartum recovery—restoring physical strength and core tone—and even as a gentle aid for soothing and rocking your baby.

Recommended for:

Expecting mothers with at least three prior prenatal yoga sessions.
