親愛的媽咪們,當您的寳寳出生後,為了增進與寶寶間親密的互動關係,可能您暫停了工作而決定當一位全職媽咪;或許您依然是個盡職的上班族,在工作之餘或週末假日還要來照顧寶寶,如此辛苦的生活是否會讓您想要找個機會放鬆一下身體與心情呢?在懷孕前,您可能已經接觸過瑜珈,也讓自己的身體因為瑜珈練習變得更加柔軟、更加有力量,不但體能狀況改善了,同時也紓解了平日待產或工作的壓力。
在生產過後,由於小寶寶需要您全心全力照顧的關係,可能您已經很久沒有練習瑜珈了,雖然很渴望能再度展開瑜珈練習並希望「瑜珈」能成為生活的一部分,但身為媽咪的您,第一個煩惱的就是:我在練習瑜珈時,小寶寶該由誰照顧呢?
別擔心,葆體瑜珈聽到您的心聲了,我們為了辛苦的媽咪們特別開設了 「Mommy & Me媽媽寶寶瑜珈課」,讓您可以將心愛的寶寶帶進教室,一方面藉由瑜珈練習舒展身體外,另一方面讓小寶寶有與外在接觸互動的機會,共同分享瑜珈練習帶給你們身體的喜悅,最重要的是讓您藉由「瑜珈」增進親子間的互動關係而擦出新的火花!
課程內容與特色
1. 媽咪們瑜珈體位法練習

* 產後恢復更好更快
* 放鬆心情減少產後憂鬱症發生
2. 視當天課程進行狀況彈性運用瑜珈的概念幫寶寶做伸展與互動
費用:單堂課NT$800元,10堂課使用期限三個月新台幣6,000元。
葆體孕媽產後可以仍在保留期限內之孕婦瑜珈課程,每一堂加付NT$200轉換課程,或是一次扣兩堂課程方式上課。
適合對象:媽媽與滿三個月至三歲的寶寶
課前小叮嚀:
*記得帶寶寶喜歡的玩具、安撫寶寶的物品、大一點的小朋友可以帶他們的小書、小點心。

After your baby is born, you may have chosen to pause your work to become a full-time mom, or perhaps you are still working hard as a dedicated professional while caring for your little one during your spare time or weekends. With such a busy life, don’t you sometimes wish for a chance to relax your body and mind?
Before pregnancy, you might have practiced yoga, which helped make your body more flexible and strong. Yoga not only improved your physical fitness but also helped relieve the stress from daily life and preparing for childbirth.
After giving birth, with your baby needing your full attention, it’s understandable if you haven’t been able to practice yoga for a while. You may long to return to yoga and hope it can become a part of your life again. But as a mom, your first concern might be: Who will take care of my baby while I practice yoga?
Don’t worry! We hear you loud and clear. At Baoti Yoga, we specially designed the “Mommy & Me Yoga” class for hardworking moms like you. Bring your beloved baby into the classroom — while you stretch and move through yoga, your baby also gets a chance to interact with the outside world and share the joy of movement with you. Most importantly, yoga becomes a wonderful way to deepen the bond between you and your baby, sparking new and beautiful moments together.

Based on daily class dynamics, gently engage your baby in stretches and playful interactions inspired by yoga

Single class: NT$800
10-class package (valid for 3 months): NT$6,000
For Baoti prenatal yoga moms with unused classes within the valid period, you can convert each prenatal class into a postpartum Mommy & Me class by paying an additional NT$200 per class or deducting two prenatal classes at once.

Instructor Eleanor’s class focuses mainly on the mom’s practice, ensuring you have plenty of time for your own yoga.
