Teachers at Bodhi Yoga, used to be like everybody started yoga practice for different reasons,to relieve stress, be healthy, sculpt the body, and more. After yoga practice for some time, we experienced the same benefits not just the healthy body, but also peaceful and calm mind. Furthermore, experiencing dialogues between body and mind, we recognize and see more of ourselves. We deeply feel the body is our closest and most loyal friends and also believe that change of mindset emerges from the body. Through stretching and strengthening the body, it naturally comes with an open and free mind. We acquiesce in the heart of sharing this beautiful experience to more people. We hope to have more people like us, to be able to feel the body, mind, and spirit union through yoga practice.
After years of accumulated experience of practice and teaching, we see that each individual carries a different body and mood. We know that different body and mind need a different way to practice. Therefore, teachers at Bodhi Yoga hope to provide a place to practice yoga in small classes and in a safe and comfortable environment so that we can take care of each student and watch over all the bodies and souls. Bodhi Yoga remains committed to such belief to yoga.
Different stories, different bodies, different practice
Learning to respect each individual
Dialog through body for a free mind
