This class focuses on the spine and joints through a comprehensive approach that blends movement with breath, aiming to stretch, release tension, and strengthen both body and mind. The spine, often referred to as the “dragon bone,” serves as the central axis of the body—its health directly reflects one’s physical vitality and biological age.
Movements are centered around the spine and incorporate seven types of functional patterns, drawing inspiration from yoga, dance, gymnastics, swimming, and Tai Chi. These influences help unify full-body strength while coordinated breathing activates the nervous and energetic systems.
The session begins with gentle movements on a chair to gradually awaken the body, followed by deeper stretches on the floor. With accessible, dynamic motions, the class helps loosen tight muscles, ease pain, restore joint mobility, and support a healthy spine—leaving your body feeling lighter and your mood lifted.
