課程中我們試著接受地心引力所帶來的影響,被動的體位法練習,透過輔具的使用與時間的停留讓我們喚醒自我修復的能力,也藉由呼吸找到與自己內在的連結,得到深層的放鬆和滋養,體驗允許一切自然發生流動。 練習的目標並不重要,觀照的心才是重要的,藉由靜瑜珈的練習希望為您帶來紓壓、提升專注與覺知、安定身心、平衡賀爾蒙能量、改善循環、預防與減少靜脈曲張等效果,課程中我們也會使用相關的輔具如牆、瑜珈枕、磚、繩、毛毯及香氛等等,讓您在安全舒適的環境下達到最佳的練習效果。

In this practice, we surrender to the pull of gravity. Through passive postures supported by props and extended holds, we awaken the body’s natural ability to restore and heal. By anchoring our awareness in the breath, we reconnect with our inner being, inviting deep relaxation and nourishment, and allowing everything to unfold naturally.

In Yin Yoga, the goal is not to achieve a particular shape, but to cultivate a mind that observes. This mindful approach helps relieve stress, enhance focus and awareness, calm the nervous system, support hormonal balance, improve circulation, and reduce or prevent varicose veins.

We’ll use supportive tools such as walls, bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets, and aromatherapy to create a safe and nurturing space where your practice can thrive.
